Hi Friends..
If you’re new to TriRoots Holistic, here’s a bit about me. I am a wonderer of nature and a seeker of balance. I love my chickens, dogs, and my husband. I spent years yo-yoing from highs to lows, not knowing this wasn’t normal. My body, mind, and spirit needed support and direction. Then I found Ayurveda. I was hooked and never looked back. I found connections with myself I didn’t know existed. Everything is connected when you begin to notice the patterns. This led to a deeper dive into my many certifications.

This journey has taken me from the trails of the Blue Ridge Mountains in North Carolina, the deep backwoods of Colorado, back to my own yard, where I deepened my understanding of the elements that surround me.
Most importantly, the real wisdom came from our ancestors, before Yoga, before science, and the FDA. They come to us, often referred to as Rishis, or sages who understood the five elements and their interaction with the human body, establishing principles for long-term health and balance. They preserved this knowledge, known as Vedic texts, focusing on health maintenance and holistic wellness. “Seers of truth” have refined their perception to the point that they could directly “see” natural law through deep meditation and disciplined living.
“Waking up to truth” to me wasn’t quite that intense; it meant being free of
Anxiety, patterns of addiction, nervous system dysregulation, and feeling disconnected
Pushing through, numbing, over-controlling, searching for external solutions
I heard someone say, “We aren’t meant to suffer.” The saying is rooted in the belief that our body is designed to be in a state of balance (Swasthya), and suffering is merely a sign that balance has been disrupted.
I spent 15 years swaying back and forth, teetering on the edge of insanity, repeating the same pattern over and over. I could see my future, or so I thought, and it was chaos. I thought life couldn’t get any better. Then, I decided to do everything different. From the way I brushed my teeth to the way I ate my meals. Something had to change, and it was ME!!
Yoga, Ayurveda, and Herbalism together have a transformative power. These experiences helped guide and shape my approach alongside personal conquests, emphasizing self-discernment and philosophical depth. I integrate these teachings through my practice.
“Ever felt like you were adrift, drifting out to sea, just drifting away, lost in the chaos of life? I know the feeling, almost like you are missing something and you can’t quite figure it out.”
I fuse the alignment of Iyengar Yoga, the flow of Vinyasa, with the elements in nature to experience through an Ayurveda and Herbalism lens.
Continuing my path, I want to lead you on a journey of self-discovery and development. With an approach through the philosophies of yoga and Ayurveda. I aim to heighten awareness and reconnect us to our own inner essence. Deeply convinced of the importance of cultivating our spiritual foundations, I eagerly offer my knowledge and enthusiasm to nurture a thriving and encouraging space.
Let’s harness the practice within you and embark on a path to wellness together. While some doubt the existence of magic, it is indeed real.
You hold the key to the beginning of your adventure!! Now that’s powerful.
Ready to feel the magic…
The door is opening you just have to walk through.
