Ayurveda is a traditional system of health that goes back thousands of years. It looks at how your body, mind, digestion, and daily habits all work together.

Rather than treating symptoms in isolation, we look at your unique constitution and current imbalances to create practical, personalized recommendations.

What Happens in a Consultation

  • You will be asked to complete an Ayurveda Consultation, which can take an hour to complete.

I will schedule an initial consultation to discuss the following:

  • Your digestion, energy, sleep, and daily routines

  • Current symptoms and patterns

  • Lifestyle, stress, and nervous system state

From this, I will identify bio-characteristics or imbalances in the doshas along with the state of your digestion (Agni).

You will receive clear, practical recommendations you can begin right away.

After your consultation, you will receive:

  • personalized diet and lifestyle recommendations

  • daily routine adjustments (timing, habits, rhythm)

  • simple herbal or food-based suggestions (if appropriate)

  • 2-3 focused next steps to begin immediately

Initial Consultation (60-75 min) $150

  • deep assessment + personalized plan

Follow-Up Consultation (45-60 min)

  • Refinement, support, and next steps

This is for you if you are experiencing:

  • Digestive issues (bloating, irregular appetite, sluggish digestion)

  • Anxiety, overwhelm, or difficulty settling

  • Fatigue or low energy

  • Hormonal imbalance or cycle changes

  • Feeling “OFF” and unsure where to start

  • The list goes on…….and on.

My approach blends traditional Ayurveda principles with an understanding of the nervous system and lived experience. I focus on practical, sustainable changes rather than overwhelm, helping you build a foundation that supports long-term balance.

Ayurveda is not a quick fix
